As of Monday, July 13, 2026, the CMS Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) is closed for Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) 2026 certification.

This “Go Dark” period allows CMS to prepare for Plan Year 2027 registration and training.

 

Announcement about Upcoming Agent Authorization Requirements

You may have seen CMS's announcement about upcoming agent authorization requirements heading into OEP. We're aware of these requirements and have spent months prioritizing an agent experience that is as frictionless as possible.

From our viewpoint, this is a positive change. It replaces the 3-way call, cuts back on industry fraud, and supports better persistency across your book of business.

Here are the important details:

• Agents will not be able to submit applications through HealthCare.gov or the Marketplace Call Center.
• They will be required to use an EDE enrollment pathway.
