Returns - Prospect America will replace the following:  Uninsurable Health Condition, Prospect Not agreeing to Appointment, Prospect on a Group Plan.  For a lead to be replaced, the lead must be returned to Prospect within 15 days of the date on the lead.  We will then pull the recording.  If the TSR did not properly due their job and ask the questions correctly, then we will replace the leads minus any Free leads given.  PA gives out about 100 free leads weekly to its consistent customers.

LEAD UPDATE - To insure receipt of leads on Fridays, orders must be received no later than 11:00 am EST on Fridays.  Orders received after 11:00 am EST but no later than 3:00 pm EST will still be placed, however, the leads will not be received until Mondays.  Please remember that the 14 day lead time still applies.

Other options may be discussed if the dispute cannot be verified.
