Q:  How do I get quotes?
A:  The quoting can be done by using the brochure or your Personal Sales Link.

Q:  How are apps submitted?
A:  When you get contracted with Health Essentials, they will send you an email with your Personalized Sales Link.  You can enroll your client right online via your Personalized Sales Link.  If you choose to complete a paper application, which is located in the Health Essentials brochure, you can send it to traci@stephens-matthews.com or fax to Traci at (888) 984-8283.  Electronic app submission is also available.

Q:  How do I check the status?
A:  Status can be checked online by going to http://www.hiiquote.com/data_admin/login.php and logging in with your username/password.

FAQ:

 

  • When applying online, client can request an effective date as early as the following business day.
  • When applying by paper application, client can put down “Immediate Effective date” to receive the earliest possible effective date.
  • Agent may submit paper contracting and paper application to SMM at the same time.
